Please add debugging information to this report by typing "apport-
collect 613633" into a terminal.
When you "press the main power button", do you mean holding it down so
it kills power, or pressing it once so it shows the dialogue box? Can
you shutdown with "sudo shutdown now" or reboot with "sudo reboot"?
