Using the terminal output;
I removed (using synaptic);
1. libkdcraw8
2. libkexiv2-8
Then re-installed kdegraphics, and it works. Apparent, the new
kdegraphics package (effecting Gwenview, Digikam and Kipi plugins)
cannot install over the old package(s). The old package(s) has to be
removed first and then the new package(s) installed.
