Adobe Flash is currently being kicked out of fullscreen mode, as soon as
it goes into by Unity. This is demonstrated in this video:

http://people.canonical.com/~jerone/launchpad/unity/Unity_flash_fullscreen.ogg

This does not happen with the Gnome Desktop.
