This is really weird. kcm_touchpad 0.3.1 seems to have an Smart Mode option 
that allows the user to choose whether or not to disable the touchpad while 
typing. At least this is what the screenshots are showing:

Can someone please check why in Kubuntu 10.10 Smart Mode is missing?
