** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: metacity

When windows are maximized (in Unity, with controls on top panel), said
panel casts a shadow over the window, thus giving the sensation the panel is in
front and the window itself, behind, thus visually disconnecting both elements.
IMHO, when a window is maximized, the panel with the close/min/max controls
should feel part of the window itself.

  Thanks.
