Phyrenze, I'm not sure why you wrote "thanks" - to be clear:
1) we still aren't able to open your latest screenshot. As Omer pointed out, it has an unusual name which might be the problem. 2) as I pointed out in #8, we still don't really understand what you're experiencing.
