Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mcollective

The package name mcollective-server is confusing as it actually refers
to mcollective middleware.

According to the mcollective terminology [1]:

Server
The mcollective daemon, an app server for hosting Agents and managing the
connection to your Middleware.

[1]: http://docs.puppetlabs.com/mcollective/terminology.html

This is what the mcollective package provides.

The mcollective-server package actually refers to the mcollective
middleware:

Middleware
A publish subscribe based system like Apache ActiveMQ.

I'd suggest to:
 * rename the mcollective-server package to mcollective-middleware.
 * remove the dependency on mcollective (as both are unrelated components).
 * package the rabbitmq stomp plugin (which is not available in the current
version of rabbitmq in natty).

** Affects: mcollective (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
