I agree with Colin, I think the terms fit with the rest of the documentation. I don't think separating the OpenSSH section into client and host/server would make much sense considering the length and depth of the section. The Server Guide to this point has been written with people new to Ubuntu in mind to help them get up and running with Ubuntu Server as quickly as possible. Therefore subjects tend to not go into great detail especially for topics that have much more in depth documentation elsewhere on the net.
