Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox
All videos on http://www.moviefone.com/movie/ are extremely choppy. They barely play, and when they do there are several large squares of video that flash as black squares. Here's an example: http://www.moviefone.com/movie/the-adjustment-bureau/50762/main I attempted to catch a screenshot of it, but it displays fine in the screencapture and the black squares aren't visible. Attached are the actual screenshot, and a 'simulated' pic showing the size and location of the black boxes This is on a MacBook 6,2 running the 64-bit version of Natty Narwhal Beta 1 ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.04 Package: firefox 4.0~rc2+build3+nobinonly-0ubuntu2 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.38-7.39-generic 2.6.38 Uname: Linux 2.6.38-7-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: wl nvidia Architecture: amd64 Date: Sat Apr 2 20:23:58 2011 FirefoxPackages: firefox 4.0~rc2+build3+nobinonly-0ubuntu2 flashplugin-installer 10.2.153.1ubuntu1 adobe-flashplugin N/A icedtea-plugin 1.1~20110320-0ubuntu1 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 11.04 "Natty Narwhal" - Alpha amd64+mac (20110312) ProcEnviron: LANGUAGE=en_US:en LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: firefox UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to natty on 2011-03-24 (9 days ago) ** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug natty running-unity -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/748764 Title: npviewer flash video is blocky -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
