Well, with the nvidia-glx you get the famous "black screen". AFAIK,
GeForce4 440 Go requires the legacy drivers, and it does actually
work, sans the APIC.

Its true though that I was able to use this card with a 1.0-96xx
driver before w/o any problems, but not with the nvidia-glx package in
Ubuntu.
