The fetch-all-records failed with:
bzr: ERROR: extra argument to command fetch-all-records: lp:linaro-image-tools
but then I figured I could use a repo instead:
bzr init-repo .
bzr branch lp:linaro-image-tools
bzr branch lp:~dooferlad/linaro-image-tools/my_dev
this worked
