I just discovered this bug today, wondering why my sheet with 200 DSUM() didn't work anymore, in 10.04, while it worked perfectly with several versions of OOo in OSX and XP.
The OOo team seems to know about it and not care much more than people here :-( (No I don't have the time to fix it) The attached document on http://openoffice.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=113889 definitely confirms the bug.
