You can't change the language of one application at a time. You need to
go into 'System > Administration > Language Support' (location for
Ubuntu 7.04) and select a new language to install. Then you can run
Ubuntu in whichever languages you have installed. I'm rejecting this bug
- please re-open it if I've made a mistake.
