Yes, I think I removed the patch by mistake, but after some thoughts
it's better like that. It uses a vte feature that is ubuntu-specific
(not upstream), and we made some ubuntu-specific patch as well in
xfce4-terminal (which caused some crashes in the past that weren't
present in the vanilla version).
Sorry, I don't think I'll reintroduce that, unless the ubuntu patch is
included in vte upstream.
