Public bug reported:
an we, just for For Purchase apps, *always* show the description that is
entered in the dev portal rather than showing the long desc in the
control file after the package is installed. Right now we package first
and publish later; often times, the vendor doesn't provide me a
description so I have to find one on their website or create one, or
even if they do, they often change it at the last minute resulting in
the description being (sometimes vastly) different pre-install versus
post-install.
I would prefer, and from talking to a couple of vendors they would as
well, that the Dev Portal description be authoritative.
