Hmmm...  if /etc/default/apport had "enabled" set to 1 as described in
the previous link, I would have thought it would request to submit it
for you when the crash happened.

If there is a crash report in /var/crash, then I believe "apport-bug
/var/crash/filename.crash" will cause it to submit that report.
Supposedly "apport-bug" (just by itself) will cause apport to submit
any latent crash files, but on the assumption you have multiple
reports, I figure it might be best to specify the filename just for
the most recent one.
