In Ubuntu 11.10 we cant change themes easily - how it was before, and
there wont be any tool to do it by default (in system settings u can
only change background) - It is a big regression!! I want it back (i
know there is gnome tweak tool).
Also i want to add apps in a main panel!! why cant i!??? another
regression.
