Public bug reported:

When I press alt+tab, I see the new style switcher as expected.
Continuing to hold down alt, and then pressing shift+tab, the selection goes 
backwards as expected.
Releasing all keys, and then pressing alt+shift+tab, I see the older style 
switcher invoked, but I expect to see the new style switcher always. Attaching 
screenshots.
