same problem with an integrated webcam Bus 002 Device 005: ID 5986:0315 Acer, Inc on the laptop I can enable or disable the webcam with Fn F10. When I open cheese (or another application) for the first time the webcam works, the second time it does not work! I must again can activate or deactivate the webcam for it to work again. is like a rifle-shot, you should reload every time.
