Yes, I read that. I have had to stick to LTS 10.04 since it is supported for 3 years. I wouldn't want to risk an otherwise perfectly working installation and end up re-installing drivers (ie the video card) just to solve the microphone issue. I would really appreciate if you could re-upload the solution file :) thanks in advance
