Description:    Ubuntu 11.10
Release:        11.10

N: Unable to locate package pkgname

The problem I'm having is that the computer powers down when being
unplugged from the power supply even though the batter is charged to
capacity.  It also randomly reports that battery power is low and
decides to power down, even though the battery still has power and
Ubuntu is showing that it has power.

This is on an HP G60:
