I think the false positives are really a critical problem for Unity. I
would be glad if someone within the Unity team would shed light about
plans to fix this in 12.04. Changing the layout of buttons is wrong. Not
only because Canonical doesn't control Chrome development, but because
you have to change a lot of applications to fix an Unity problem. Better
heuristics is another one, but Xorg doesn't have good support this and
it's a lot of work. Your solution @estelar57 is the best approach, i
think.
