Public bug reported:

QtCreator allows you to create use a VCS system when creating projects, however
there are no default paths set for these programs.
For example, when you create a new project and choose to "Add to version
control: Bazaar", you'll get the not very descriptive error:
08:49 Executing in /...:
Unable to start process '': Permission denied

It would probably be better if there were default paths set for these
VCS programs, and the error simply states it can not find the program to
run. The "Permission denied" part of the current error message is also
somewhat misleading, and distracts from the real error of no path begin
set for the specific program.
