Public bug reported:

Please sync clutter-gst 1.4.6-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * debian/patches/fix_gles_shader_linking.patch:
    Fix GLES shader code to avoid linking error that prevents
    Cheese working on ARM. (LP: #888168)
    Patch picked from clutter-gst git master branch.
  * debian/patches/fix_gles_shader_linking.patch:
    Fix GLES shader code to avoid linking error that prevents
    Cheese working on ARM. (LP: #888168)
    Patch picked from clutter-gst git master branch.

ARM specific patch went upstream and is included in 1.4.6. So there
is no delta anymore and it can be synced.
