>From my tests, it seems that the keys for which the bug occurs are keys for which Ubuntu sets a different default from upstream (show files on the desktop, default font, default GTK theme etc...). So I guess Ubuntu changed the default value, but, somehow, the upstream default value still appears in dconf-editor's UI as the default.
