I have attached a screenshot with the bug illustrated. Unfortunately the command you posted does nothing because there is no active process with that process number. Likewise, "apport-collect" with the number for "soffice.bin" does not work. Likewise, "ubuntu-bug" for "soffice.bin" or "libreoffice" does not work as they are not a "genuine Ubuntu package". Please help.
