this appears to be the offending commit http://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-screenshot/commit/?id=3bbc1e158fd58ec7f4f984f6d3c15ec95e65a035 can we patch it back in? The dialog with a preview is a lovely feature, way better than silently putting it on the clipboard or silently saving it.
