Public bug reported:

When installing Lightning calendar extension for Thunderbird through
apt, seamonkey is listed as a dependancy and is installed although
Thunderbird is installed by default. I expect Seamonkey to be just a
recommended package if Thunderbird is not installed as listed here:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/precise/xul-ext-lightning.

Likely to be a packaging issue.
