I went and modified my /usr/share/applications/gnome-screenshot.desktop
file to add quicklist support for this option, and it works on my own
machine.

I'm still largely unfamiliar with how creating patches and the bug
fixing process in general works, but after getting the source with apt-
get source and working through the instructions for using edit-patch
provided by https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PackagingGuide/Recipes/Debdiff, I
think I now have a patch which can be submitted for consideration. (Let
me know if I missed anything that I would still need to take care of.)
