As Robert said, my preliminary sketch uses "Software & Updates" as the
name for a System Settings panel. To match, I propose that in USC "Edit"
> "Software Sources…" should change to "Edit" > "Settings…", and
"Settings" > "Repositories" in Synaptic should change to "Settings" >
"Software & Updates…". The equivalent button label in Update Manager is
already "Settings…", so that doesn't need changing.

Finally, if the System Settings panel isn't implemented for 12.10, I
think it would be reasonable to retitle the "Software Sources" window to
"Software & Updates Settings" in the meantime.
