Public bug reported:

MAAS uses Cobbler under the hood, but when you install the maas package,
you get debconf questions about Cobbler which will be very confusing the
user.

* It asks for an administrative password -> we should just auto-generate one.
* It asks for the IP address of the PXE boot / next_server. We should use the
same logic here than we use MAAS to find the IP where MAAS can be reached.

This will also involve creating a user/pass for maas in cobbler.

** Affects: maas (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
     Assignee: Andres Rodriguez (andreserl)
         Status: Confirmed
