Please have a look at bug 986892. Check if you have the file /etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.sbin.mysqld If not create the file, e.g by running touch /etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.sbin.mysqld with the appropriate permissions (e.g. using sudo) and see if it helps.
