** Description changed: I have an MP4 player (N19 A8705 specifically) that should be automounting but will not automount. Also when I do a restart when the device is plugged into the usb 2.0 port the computer won't get past to the bios screen. + EDIT: strangely it will now. ?? the device still functions, as do my usb ports. Attached is the output of dmesg Description: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Release: 12.04 Kernel: 3.2.0-24-generic ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.04 Package: linux-image-3.2.0-24-generic 3.2.0-24.37 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.2.0-24.37-generic 3.2.14 Uname: Linux 3.2.0-24-generic x86_64 AlsaVersion: Advanced Linux Sound Architecture Driver Version 1.0.24.
