Although I have a different (stationary) computer, the problem is the same - freeze on resume, but with flashing caps and scroll leds. Have tried many different things, kernel parameters, removal of modules. Only one thing gets me a working resume: disable ACPI in BIOS, which leaves me with only one CPU core...
