Apport reports the following delta:
- modified.conffile..etc.init.d.networking: [deleted]
Meaning that you or some script you ran destroyed /etc/init.d/networking
causing this upgrade bug in the process.
There's nothing we can do to prevent users from breaking their systems by
removing files. I'd suggest restoring the file then run the upgrade again.
