libvirt depends on the following undesirable packages:

dnsmasq-base
libavahi-client3
libavahi-common-data
libavahi-common3

i'm using it on a system that has a functioning dns resolver, and i have
no interest in any mdns/zeroconf stuf., and wish to not be required to
install these additional packages. i'd like to ask that they be marked
as recommends [especially since by default, recommended packages are now
installed automatically]
