Fixed in trunk r2466. I manually tested with creating this:
$ cat
/opt/extras.ubuntu.com/picsaw/share/apport/package-hooks/source_picsaw.pydef
add_info(report, ui):
report['CrashDB'] = '{"impl": "launchpad", "project": "picsaw"}'
report['AAA'] = 'MOOO!'
$ apport-bug picsaw
** Changed in: apport (Ubuntu)
