Sorry, I've been out for few weeks and I couldn't answer before.
About kernel bisection, I think I haven't enough knowledge to do it.
I installed some older kernel versions, till 3.0.0.12 without solving the 
problem, then I installed ubuntu 11.10 (same kernel version 3.0.0.12) on 
another partition and it works correctly. After updating the system, now the 
kernel version is 3.0.0.25 and it's still working good.
