No no. This is new kind of bug. I dont know if in #3 comment Leslie made 
thinking its someking kernel bug.
Actually from comments ive wrote just needed confirmation that there is 
difference from each partition?
Couse one difference is in /etc/fstab in each partition.
Ubuntu Partition witch was installed
1st   Has Windows and SWAP and 1st Ubuntu
2nd  Has Windows and SWAP and 1st Ubuntu and 2nd Ubuntu 
3rd   Has Windows and SWAP and 1st Ubuntu and 2nd Ubuntu and 3rd Ubuntu
That what makes it Hibernate not work. As i think and that for confirmation is 
needed. Someone install 3 same or different verstions on 3 partition and tell 
witch was hibernating and witch wasnt.
