Tried kernel 3.6.0-030600rc6-generic, the bug still exists.
At the moment when apport data was collected there was a USB pen drive
connected. I also tried connecting mouse, keyboard, they don't show up
in lsusb.
I also tested above device with NEC Corporation uPD720200 USB 3.0 Host
Controller, they all work fine.
