With this kernel shut down is ok, no matter if it is to turn the system off or to reboot the system.
BUT: What happen now with the awake from the suspend? ... It DOES NOT WORK. And then it forces to me to hard turn off the system by pressing 5 seconds the power button of my laptop. And this behavior is even worse than the one originaly explained in this bug.
