Unfortunately the fix requires access to the account which was used to generate 
the keys (which I don't have).
We are anyway getting new application keys for Sina, so we'll try to fix the 
problem then. At the time being, anyway, there is no application which can use 
the Sina account, so even if it worked, it would be useless. Setting as low 
priority.
