I'va attached as screen shot demonstrating this bug. The global menu's sub-menu items to hot appear when menu list items are at the bottom of the screen. In this example, the Fire Fox bookmarks sub-menu can not be expanded. To recreate this bug, simply add enough Bookmark folders to Firefox until expanding them reaches the bottom of the screen. (I experience this bug using Ubuntu 12.04 x64).
