The config parameter is set in the Quantal config file: CONFIG_MAGIC_SYSRQ=y
I don't see any options that break out which individual keys are enabled or disabled. Also, there have been some changes to sysrq between 12.04 and 12.10, the following commit for example: b82c32872db20667d6ee8e2ea1e7bdec791bdcc7 Which was the reasoning behind testing the v3.6 kernel. To see if this bug is already fixed upstream. If it isn't, we can perform a kernel bisect to find the commit that introduced this regression. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1062335 Title: Magic SysRq "E" and "I" disabled in Quantal Ubuntu kernels ?
