Bob, what do you mean by "does not display top bar" ? If it is the fact that it
is integrated in the top panel ("global menu"), this was intended.
I noticed I can't "save as" when chosen from the drop-down menu, but I can use
the shortcut shift+ctrl+S
Can you confirm this works for you?
