I am trying to run:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/try-builds/[email protected]/try-comm-central-win32-debug/thunderbird-19.0a1.en-US.win32.installer.exe

I am using Win7x64. When I attempt to start Daily, I get the following
error:

"The program can't start because MSVCR100D.dll is missing from your
computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

According to this thread:
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/vcgeneral/thread/3c9a5b9b-1a7d-4d86-bc82-85652448e0c9

It sounds like this is some debug library/DLL provided by Visual C++ --
do I need that?
