Ubuntu 10.04 desktop reached End of Life on 9 May 2013, and Michael
suggests the problem was fixed anyway. If you still experience the
problem with a current version of Ubuntu (12.04, 12.10, or 13.04),
please reopen this bug report and provide any further details.
