* Add Breaks/Replaces between plasma-nm and transitional
plasma-widget-networkmanagement (LP: #1241985)
* Move transitional package to oldlibs.
* Add misc:Depends to transitional package.
* Add comment detailing that the transitional package can be removed
for 14.10.
