Public bug reported:

I was on Ubuntu 13.04, just changed from nvidia-current to nvidia-319 a
few days ago.

Today, I decided to upgrade to 13.10, after reboot,
1. The login screen was in low resolution.
2. Then right after login, an error dialog pop-up saying detected system
problem, asking me whether to report the problem.
3. Further to proceed, then black screen with only mouse pointer freely to move.
4. Switched to command terminal tty1 (ctrl + alt + F1), logged in and used
apt-get to remove nvidia-319 and re-install nvidia-current & nvidia-settings.
5. Rebooted and seems fine, the "Report System Problem" dialog pop-up again and
now being directed to here to report the problem.
