Was the question never asked, or did you not provide it? In the former
case, it is a dbconfig-common bug. In the latter case, it is a user
error.
In the former case, could you please explain which package manager you
are using?
A solution MIGHT be to PURGE cacti and try again. The logic in dbconfig-
common sometimes mistakenly thinks it should not ask a question while it
should.
